Why can I not connect with my apps from my email page?
When a VCSC employee logs into a user Google account, apps are loaded for quick access from the “waffle” menu at the top right of a Google page. If a user fails to login or has allowed a different user to login to a browser window, the dashboard may either be absent or may be a different user's account. Please close the browser window and log into the appropriate Google account.
If the correct Google account is being used and the problem persists, please follow these instructions:
CLEAR CHROME BROWSER CACHE AND COOKIES
Clear your Chromebook/Chromebox/Remote Desktop cache and cookies. These problems often live in the cache. Below are Google's directions for doing this:
Hopefully this will fix the problem. If not, create a new ticket.
NOTE: Be sure and clear everything (all the checkboxes should be checked) and set the selector for “All Time”.
