How do I log in to a remote computer session (Thin Client)?

Most staff members are using Chromebox or Chromebook devices for access to materials. There are roles that require access to remote desktop sessions. For those staff members, the username is generally firstname.lastname and a password that is assigned upon account creation. 

To log into  a remote session: 

• Enter username (john.smith), ensuring that the drop menu is set to VCSC
• Enter password

It is suggested that users log out of the session daily, or at least once weekly. Sessions can get bogged down without logging out and the user's log in can be blocked by a corrupt session.
