How do I change the message on my VCSC internal phone?

Phone messages for VCSC internal phones should be updated when a variety of changes occur. The instructions below will allow a quick guide for changes.

  • From the phone that needs updated dial 18900.
  • Enter the default password 1111. (If this password fails, it has been changed by a previous user, you will need to submit a help ticket.)
  • Follow prompts to enter new passcode and set up messages.
