How do I change the message on my VCSC internal phone?
Phone messages for VCSC internal phones should be updated when a variety of changes occur. The instructions below will allow a quick guide for changes.
- From the phone that needs an updated message, dial 14900.
- Enter the default password 1111#. If this password fails, it has been changed by a previous user. Contact ryan.shepherd@vigoschools.org.
- A menu will begin. Press U(8) to change user options.
- Press G(4) to set a new greeting. There are multiple messages that can be recorded from this prompt. Listen to the menu options to choose.
- Press N(6) to change your name.
- Press P((7) to change your passcode.
