Why won't my badge work on the Ricoh printer?

VCSC badges are issued at General Services. IT uses the numbers from the back of the badge to enable users to access Ricoh's print system. If you have received a new badge, please email lynette.stewart@vigoschools.org to submit the new number into the system. 

If the badge is also not working for door entry, have your building administrator contact Ryan Carter at General Services to have the badge reactivated.
