Why is the Skyward Mobile App not accepting my username and password?

The Skyward Mobile App uses Google Single Sign On for staff members. Follow the instructions below to access your mobile app:

Skyward Mobile App Single Sign-On Instructions

Staff members using the mobile Skyward app, please see the following instructions to update your Google single sign-on method of logon. The username/password method of logon has been deactivated and the only method of entry is through Google for staff members. Family and student accounts retain the username/password method.

Open Skyward Mobile App.

Enter PIN.

Click “Add Another Account”.

Type “Vigo” and wait for “Vigo County School District” to show up as an option.

Choose the option at the bottom of the screen below “_______ OR _______”.

Name your account (including “SSO” or #2  will avoid confusion later).

Click on “VCSC Student/Staff Sign in with Google” button.

Sign into your VCSC Google account (email and Password).

There are now two Skyward accounts from which to choose. The original has been disabled, so it should be deleted to avoid confusion. Click on “Edit” at the upper right corner of the account to be deleted.

Click on the red delete bar and then confirm “Delete Account.”

Single Sign-On with Google account is ready to use in the Skyward Mobile App.
