I created a ticket, when can I expect an answer?
Most tickets are answered on the same day they are received. Depending on the nature of the request, the response may not be immediate. The beginning and end of school year tend to trigger many requests. But every request is handled as quickly as possible. If there is a need for immediate assistance, there is a priority field to note low, normal, urgent, or emergency nature of a request. Tickets can be updated if there has been a change or more information becomes available to expedite the request.
