How do I clear my cache?
CLEAR CHROME BROWSER CACHE AND COOKIES
Clear your Chromebook/Chromebox/ThinClient browser's cache and cookies. These problems often live in the cache. Below are Google's directions for doing this:

NOTE: Be sure and clear everything (all the checkboxes should be checked) and set the selector for “All Time”.
