How do I get rid of popups?

To fix popups from occurring:

1. Log out and shut the machine completely off.

2. Turn on the machine and log back in.

3. Start the Chrome browser and clear the Chrome browser cache.

4. Immediately log off.

5. Remove your profile from the machine.

You can now log back in and the popups will be gone.
